WELCOME TO THE BREMERTON FOODLINE!
As is true across our country, the need for food is increasing dramatically as individuals face the difficult choice between food and housing, food and medicine, food and childcare…food and heat. Bremerton Foodline (BFL) eases the burden of that choice just a bit by providing a much needed emergency safety net. Our work is possible thanks to the support of our wonderful volunteers and donations from individuals, businesses, churches and community organizations. Only working together can we alleviate the pain of hunger for our neighbors!
If you need help or know someone that needs help please see our Need Help? page for valuable information, or contact us at BFL (see contact info below).

The Bremerton Foodline will participate in the Feinstein Foundation Challenge again this spring. We are inviting organizations, community groups, churches, and businesses to consider helping us with this challenge. Here’s the challenge: see how many donations we can collect between March 1 and April 30, 2010! This is an extraordinary opportunity for businesses to challenge their employees or perhaps business to business as a little challenge within a challenge! These donations can include cash, checks, and food items or pledges…as long as they are received during this time period.
We will submit a report to the Feinstein Foundation on what was collected and receive a proportionate amount of their million dollar grant for our efforts. Please help us to be successful in our efforts. Watch for more details in our March newsletter.
